The Power of Honey!

I love honey! I eat it every day and not just because it taste good but because it is very healthy too!

I put it in my coffee, hot tea and smoothies. I put in on my peanut butter sandwiches, toast, and yogurt. I like it so much that sometimes, if I get a sweet tooth in the middle of the day or late at night, I will just eat a spoon full of plain honey. My kid love it too! It help to curve their ever growing hunger for sugar as well.
