There are only so many hours in the day to gather new and usable information for our growing Blog. So when we get great info from our customers, like this one we're about to share with you, it gets us excited.

We are big fans of Dr. Carolyn Dean's work. She has been on the frontline of Magnesium Health for a long time. She has a great Blog that is dedicated to natural health and it's called "UNCENSORED Natural Health Blog"... go figure:) The post from yesterday Feb. 22nd was called "Create the Disease and Offer the Cure" and here is what it had to say:

Create the Disease and Offer the Cure

There is an interesting article written in the Huffington Post called: 7 Diseases Big Pharma Hopes You Get in 2012 which lists the following diseases as potential goldmines for Big Pharma: Adult ADHD, Fibromylagia, Middle of the Night Insomnia, Excessive Sleepiness and Shift Work Sleep Disorder, Insomnia That is Really Depression.

But here’s the point. These five diseases are all associated with magnesium deficiency! And that’s a big point!

The people who feel the symptoms of these diseases are not making them up; they genuinely feel unwell. But it’s not a deficiency of some lab-created drug derived from coal tar. It’s something their body is missing.

Let me lay it out for you by offering some background information.

Adult ADHD: Read my articles: Calm Kids for the Holidays and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Syndrome. It’s obvious that nutrients are what are missing, not speed and antidepressants.

Fibromyalgia is number 17 on the list of 22 conditions associated with magnesium deficiency. Find that list below and the description of each condition in my article The Magnesium Miracle.

Middle of the Night Insomnia, Excessive Sleepiness and Shift Work Sleep Disorder, Insomnia That is Really Depression: Read Sleeping with the Enemy and Medicalizing Sleeplessness. Or just google my name and insomnia and find another dozen articles where I mention insomnia and magnesium.
